  • We're so excited you're considering us for your special day! The best way to book is to visit our Contact page and fill out the inquiry form. Please include your wedding date, location, and the services you're interested in (hair, makeup, or both). We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours to confirm availability and discuss the next steps. You can also reach us directly by text or email (listed on our Contact page).

  • We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured. Our calendar fills up quickly, especially for popular wedding seasons. Ideally, booking 6-12 months in advance is best to ensure availability, but we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if possible.

  • For smaller bridal parties, there might be a minimum booking requirement, especially during peak season. This usually involves a minimum number of hair or makeup services. We’ll discuss this with you during your initial consultation. As far as maximum, we are willing to accommodate a party of up to 12. Timelines and booking details become fairly rigid as party sizes grow.

  • While a trial isn't strictly required to book, we highly recommend it. A trial allows us to collaborate and create the perfect look for your wedding day. It's a chance to experiment with different styles, colors, and products, and ensures you feel confident and beautiful on your big day. Trials are typically scheduled a few months before the wedding. For our traveling brides, do not panic, a trial is a nice to have.

  • We don't cheat the process. The time required for hair and makeup varies depending on the complexity of the styles chosen and the size of your bridal party. Generally, bridal hair and makeup can take anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours. We'll create a detailed timeline during your trial or consultation to ensure everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. For bridesmaids and other members of the wedding party, the timing will be shorter per person.

  • Yes! We are happy to travel to your wedding venue or other designated location. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance. Please provide your wedding location when you inquire, and we'll provide you with a detailed quote including any travel costs. Parking fees are not included in the travel fee.

  • For hair services, please arrive with clean, dry hair. Avoid using heavy conditioners or styling products the day of your appointment. For makeup, please arrive with a clean, moisturized face. It's helpful to bring reference photos of hair and makeup styles you like. Also, wearing a button-down shirt is recommended so you don't smudge your hair or makeup when changing.

  • Of course! We understand the importance of using high-quality products, especially for sensitive skin. We use professional-grade products that are hypoallergenic and designed to minimize reactions. Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities you have during your consultation, and we'll be happy to accommodate your needs. We can also perform a patch test during your trial if you have concerns. Cleanliness is a staple of our service. Rest assured your health is our top priority. 

  • Yes, absolutely! Creating a detailed beauty timeline is an essential part of our service. We'll work with you to create a schedule that ensures everyone in your bridal party is ready on time and that the entire getting-ready process is relaxed and enjoyable. This timeline will include timings for each person's hair and makeup, as well as buffer time for any unexpected delays.

  • Hair extensions are often recommended to enhance your chosen hairstyle, providing added volume, length, and ensuring a longer-lasting style. They can be particularly beneficial for achieving certain looks and creating a fuller, more glamorous appearance. During your consultation, we'll discuss your desired style and determine if extensions would be helpful in achieving the best results for you. We can also discuss options for providing and fitting them.

  • Yes, complimentary lashes are included with all makeup applications. They add a fantastic finishing touch, enhancing your eyes and completing your overall look.

  • While we focus on hair and makeup artistry, eyebrow shaping services like threading, waxing, and plucking are best performed in a salon setting. We don't offer these services on location (e.g., hotel room, Airbnb, bridal suite). We recommend visiting your preferred salon for these treatments prior to your wedding day.
